SHIPPING AND POLICIES
Free Shipping
Free express shipping on orders over $100 within Australia and free international standard shipping for orders above $175 is only applicable to items held in stock.
How quickly will you post my item?
I normally post within 24 hours of ordering on a weekday. If you order after 12pm Friday your package will likely ship Monday. Delivery speed can vary based on the shipping method you choose at checkout and it is out of my hands once it is with the postal carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I'm happy to offer worldwide shipping for my handmade items. Please note postage on returned international packages is not refundable and potential additional fees such as taxes or customs are the responsibility of the customer.
You will be responsible for customs, taxes and duties for your country.
I am not responsible for lost mail or non-delivery due to unclaimed packages. Please contact the postal service if you suspect your package is being held for customs purposes. Unfortunately, international customs processing can delay packages— patience is sometimes required.
I cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date.
Refunds and returns
Once payment has been made refunds, returns or exchanges are not available for a change of mind.In the situation where a repair, replacement or refund is required or compensation may be required for damages and loss, your case will be reviewed, and a resolution provided within the framework of consumer rights and guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law.
Compensation is not available for loss of packages deemed ‘delivered’ by the postal service. These losses include but are not limited to packages left when an ‘authority to leave’ is in place or an incorrect delivery address has been provided.

You can opt to visit my studio in Ma Ma Creek which is in the Lockyer Valley for free collection from the studio. Visits are by appointment only.

At times high international exchange rates or the cost and risk associated with freight, can make it difficult for me to supply a product. In these instances, I reserve the right to refuse the supply of products.
Repairs, Replacements & Refunds

If a repair, replacement or refund is required or there is necessity for compensation for damages and loss, your case will be reviewed, and a resolution provided within the framework of consumer rights and guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law.
